About Mrs. Valdez
Hello! I am Mrs. Valdez. I went to Texas Tech University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood. I have 10 years teaching experience. I have taught Kindergarten, Second Grade, and Third Grade. I enjoy walking, reading, watching movies, going to the zoo, and spending time with my family and friends. I volunteer for Legacy Boxer Rescue and have three wonderful Boxers of my own!

Welcome to Mrs. Valdez's Class If your child arrives before the 7:45 bell please remind him/her to go straight to the cafeteria. Thank you! Lunch is at 10:40. We will have a snack break in the afternoon. Your child may bring a healthy snack each day as well as a water bottle. Please make sure your child studies for their spelling test all week and reads 20 minutes daily. Also, it is very important that your child practices math facts as well. Thank you for your support and help at home!

Important Dates May 24--- Book exchange in the library for those that want to participate May 25-- Block Party!!! Please make sure to put sunscreen on your child in the morning. They will need a towel and a change of clothes. May 28--- No school May 29--- Awards ceremony at 8:30 May 29--- Early release at 11:45 May 30--- Early release at 11:45 / Last day of school Please remind your child how important it is to always do their best. Thank you!
