I started my career in education as a Speech and Language Therapist and discovered my passion in working with students with disabilities. I have taught students from age 3-21 in a variety of instructional settings. As a teacher I enjoyed the challenge of not only providing students with disabilities access to the general curriculum, but ensuring that students made academic progress. As an education specialist at ESC Region 12, I am committed to training and support in Co-Teaching, Accommodations, Modifications, Differentiation, and Access to the General Curriculum.
