As an instructional technologist, I am responsible for coordinating, implementing and maintaining the academic technology functions of the department of medicine at UMass Medical School. My responsibilities include design, editing, consultation, and assistance relating to instructional technology and Web development. I am a member of the university's Educational Technology Advisory Commitee (ETAC) and a graduate student at the Graduate School at Salem State College working toward an MEd in Technology in Education.
