All faculty, students, and alumni are members of the Research Community at Fielding. If you are interested in finding out about, conducting, or participating in research at Fielding, then this is the place for you. In addition, we support the efforts of faculty and students who seek to obtain funding from external sources.

 All grant/contract proposals submitted under Fielding’s auspices to potential funders are to be submitted through the Office of Research. No individual staff, faculty, Associate Dean, or Dean is to submit a grant proposal that will be under Fielding auspices. It must be submitted from the Research Office with provost’s  approval after the appropriate dean (or delegate) has approved it. If the funder has different requirements such as a proposal must be submitted from the president, then the Research Office will arrange that. If it is a proposal that falls more appropriately under the Development Office, then the Development Office will submit the proposal with the president’s approval.
