Organizational Development
The mission of the Curriculum and Instruction Department is to provide leadership and support for research-based best practices in curriculum, instruction, assessment, and professional development.  Professional learning is an integral component of the WISD continuous improvement journey.  This site is dedicated to our journey and features the work of many WISD teachers who have embraced the CI model and are willing to share information, tools, and processes they have found to successfully engage and motivate each student to achieve their personal best.
