Welcome to Physics!

Physics is a calculation-based science course with a strong emphasis on problem solving skills. It is essential that each student has a scientific calculator. Please ensure that your student has one as soon as possible. Calculators can be checked out through the WHS library.
Students will have homework following most class periods. Solutions will be posted to this site and also on the board in the classroom. A quiz will follow most assignments. Because physics involves laboratory work, the safety of our students is paramount. A Laboratory Safety Agreement will be filled out by each student enrolled in this course.
