WELCOME to Ms. Vestal's Classroom:
We have had a wonderful start to a brand new school year! Parents, thank you for turning in all the necessary paperwork to help us keep your child safe on our campus.
Unfortunately, due to the heat and inclement air condition, we have not been able to have outside recess. We are so proud of our students, not one has complained! Please continue to send water bottles with pop tops to school with your child--a well hydrated brain is a thinking machine! Bus riders are allowed to take a water bottle on the bus with them due to the high heat index.
Please sign your child's takehome folder each name acknowledging they have read for 20 minutes and worked on their homework packet, which is due each Friday.

Sept. 1st--Volunteer Recruitment Breakfast-- 8:30 in the library
Sept. 2nd--College Colors Day--wear your favorite college jersey or colors
Sept. 6th--Watch DOGS Pizza night from 6-8
Sept. 9th--Grandparent's Day--please invite your child's grandparent to have lunch with them
