What I love about sports and recreation are the opportunities to have fun, while learning something about ourselves and others. Managing sporting events, facilities, and people combines many of my passions, and lets me utilize my organizational skills If you want to see someone's true colors, compete against them in a game like Monopoly, or any sport! That said, I've become a lot less competitive in sports over the years, as my identity has grown beyond just being an athlete.
