I am a student at the University of Toledo and an aspiring novelist. As of late, my work has focused primarily on revising the rough draft of my first novel. I freelance for a local publication, the Toledo City Paper. My cover article on the increasing acceptance of alternative medicine techniques, Alternative Goes Mainstream (http://toledocitypaper.com/view_article.php?id=1793&highlight=kevin%20moore), won a Merit Award for Single Feature Story from the Toledo chapter of the Association for Women in Communications.  I have also begun writing for an online magazine, Suite101.com, at http://www.suite101.com/profile.cfm/quill_of_fire
