Welcome to my webpage! I'm a Texas educator passionate about improving student achievement in mathematics.I am interested in making math more accessible to ALL students, and I enjoy finding ways to use technology to reinforce difficult math concepts.

About Me

Education: 1992 - B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Texas in Austin 2011 - M.S. Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction with a math focus from Baylor University
I am an ESC Region 12 Education Specialist for Secondary Mathematics under the direction of Director for General Education Services, Becca Bell. I served 12 years in the high school classroom, 8 years in Texas and 4 years in New Jersey. I've taught algebra, geometry, and pre-calculus, and I have an interest in improving math instruction through the use of technology. I'm a member and officer in the Central Texas Council of Teachers of Mathematics (CTCTM). I also hold membership in the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics, Texas Association of Supervisors of Mathematics, Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development, and the Association of Mathematics Teacher Educators.
