Mrs. Christian's Cosmic Stars *Classroom News: In Kindergarten Language Arts this week we will continue to research ideas and use those ideas to write informational stories. We will continue to work on blending and manipulating sounds to form new words. In Math we will continue to learn more about measurement. We will brainstorm and role play different ways to solve problems in our community in Social Studies. In Kindergarten Science we will finish up our unit on plant parts
*Upcoming Events *April 24-26th - Staar testing for grades 3-6th.
* Notes from Mrs. Christian:
We have entered the 6thand final six weeks of Kindergarten. With that being said, it is imperative that we continue to work toward mastery of all of the Kindergarten content taught and assessed this school year. Please make sure that you take a few minutes to work with your child each night on any area that he/she did not master on his/her report card this past six weeks. If your child has mastered all of the areas – please continue to work on learning the words in the word lists that can be found in the back of your child’s take home folder.
