Welcome to My Portal!

I am a computer repair technician employed by Weatherford Independent School District since 1998. I began my career in Weatherford ISD as a computer lab aide at Weatherford High School and transferred to the Technology Department in 2000.
One of my hobbies is finding innovative ways for teachers to use technology in the classroom, both to enhance their existing lesson plans and to save time while creating new lesson plans. My co-workers will tell you I spend a fair bit of my spare time reading and researching ways to better use technology in the classroom. I also spend time experimenting with software currently used by the district so I can help users troubleshoot issues they may be having.
Another of my hobbies is developing training material. All training I have created for Weatherford ISD is available under Shared Objects on the right of this page. This material is available only to Weatherford staff and requires an access key. You may click on the folder to activate the form requesting the access key if you do not already have it available.
All Epsilen users are welcome to join the public group Ten Minute Technology. Ten Minute Technology is intended for anyone interested in implementing technology in the classroom. Whether you want to learn new skills, ask questions, meet other Project Share participants, or share what is and is not working in your classroom, I hope you'll join us!

An Open Invitation
If you are looking for ways to integrate Project Share Texas and Technology into your classroom, I invite you to participate in the following groups: Weatherford ISD Group: Tech Tips Tech Tips is dedicated to WISD staff who are looking for ways to improve their use of technology in the classroom or office and who may have technology-based questions. Discussion forums include general troubleshooting, tips and tricks for using Microsoft Office, and general information about District-specific software. Please feel free to post suggestions and questions! The group calendar will list all instructional and skills-based technology training available in Workshop. Moderated chat will be made available as time allows and will be listed on the group calendar. Don't miss out on an opportunity to share live with other group members!
