Esai Cantu will proudly represent Horizon High School at the Social Studies U.I.L. State competition after his 2nd place individual victory at Regionals.  Esai had the second highest score in the state.  Competition for UIL Academics will be held on Wednesday, May 22, 2013 at 8:00 am at the University of Texas at Austin.  Way to Go Esai!!  This is the first time in Horizon history that a student has qualified to State.  Thank you very much Mr. Ramirez for your continued commitment to our students.
