Hello, my name is Enrique Gonzalez and I am currently a student at Queensborough Community College. I am currently enrolled in my second semester at Queensborough, where I am continuing my studies in the field of management/marketing. Once I receive my associate's degree, I plan on attending the Fashion Institute of Technology where I plan on continuing my studies in marketing. I hope to obtain a bachelor's degree and plan on working in the field of either marketing research or promotions.  

My name is Enrique Gonzalez and I am currently a student at Queensborough Community College. I am majoring in Management/Marketing and plan on pursuing a career in the marketing field once I receive an associates degree.

 

I attended Immaculate Conception school in Jamaica Estates and then went on to Saint Francis Preparatory High School in Fresh Meadows. After graduating from high school, I went on to Nassau Community College where I studied accounting and photography.

 

Outside of school I enjoy watching soccer, baseball, football, and basketball. I also like to play these sports. I enjoy taking pictures, playing guitar, and attending concerts as well. I try and keep up with current events by reading the newspaper in the morning, because I believe that it is important for everyone to know what is going on in the world.

 

On Monday nights, I volunteer at Immaculate Conception Church where I mentor high school students in the parish's youth group. It is such an amazing experience because you get to work with teenagers who went through the same things you did when you were their age. They have all these problems that they carry with them, and they don't turn to their parents because sometimes it can be uncomfortable for them. Instead they turn to us and we help them with their situation. It's very rewarding
