Mrs. Christmas's husband has recently been deployed and is on his way to Afghanistan to serve our country. A friend of theirs from Weatherford, Will Fowler, posted a request on his facebook and I shared it with our students. Some students expressed an interest in sending our servicemen some care packages and I thought I would share this with you. Students said they would try to bring them in early next week in order that we could ship them as soon as possible. Thanks

"I have a Christmas request for anyone who can help. I am the 1st Platoon Sergeant and have 36 soldiers that I am in charge of here. We are living in tents and have nothing where we are right now and have no way to buy anything. We resupply with care packages from home. Some soldiers have yet to get anything from home.
