Charmed Like a Snake, I’m Sure is a traditional play about fictional characters and events between July and Christmas, 2001, at the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), when Dr. Mysteria tries to uncover the reason her superiors are editing out Usama Bin Ladin’s location from her reports. Gaddafi on the run: Dictator may already have fled and be on his way to Venezuela after Libyan air force attacks civilians
Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi has fled Libya and may be heading for Venezuela, William Hague said today. The Foreign Secretary said he had seen 'information' that suggests Gaddafi is on his way to the South American country - as Libya was up in flames amid increasingly bloody battles between protesters and security forces. But there was also confusion surrounding Gaddafi's whereabouts, as reports suggested he was poised to make a speech in the capital Tripoli. Libyan fighter jets and helicopters reportedly fired on protesters in Tripoli, with indiscriminate bombing runs leaving 'many, many dead'. One protester told Al Jazeera:'What we are witnessing today is unimaginable. Warplanes and helicopters are indiscriminately bombing one area after another. There are many, many dead. NASA warns 'risk of losing' space station rising
WASHINGTON — The risk of an unprecedented evacuation of the International Space Station will spike if Russian craft cannot resume their missions and return by November, a senior NASA official has warned. "There is a greater risk of losing the ISS when it's unmanned than if it were manned," Michael Suffredini, the ISS program manager for the US space agency, said in a conference call with Russian officials. "The risk increase is not insignificant," he added. Russia on Monday delayed its next manned mission to the ISS by at least a month after an unmanned cargo vessel crashed into Siberia instead of reaching orbit on August 24. The head of Russia's manned spaceflight programme also warned that a significantly longer delay would force the six people on board the station to abandon the orbiter due to fatigue and supply problems. The station crew normally consists of six -- currently three Russians, two Americans and one Japanese -- working six-month rotations.
