Hope you all had a good holiday break! Had enough turkey?
Just a reminder, don't forget to upload your final project in the "Course/Drop Boxes" before the due date.
For this week's class (11/30), we are going to focus on "Modern Art & Contemporary Art." Make sure you read Chapter 23, 24 and 25. Meanwhile, I am going to show several great contemporary artists from Art:21 series (Season 1-3). This will give you an overview of contemporary art in America today. Make sure you take a look of this site before the class.

Aside from browsing this site, I want each of you to pick up one artist that you think he/she is the most fascinating artist you have ever known. We will have a short discussion about their works during the class.
In addition, this is your last opportunity to sign up for the "Five Minute Hall of Fame – Extra Credits Presentation" opportunity. I will have a sing-up sheet for you during the class.
Last, I really enjoy reading your blogs so post more!
