Welcome to PSYC 781
This course will serve as an orientation to the industrial-organizational psychology Ph.D. program at BGSU. You will be introduced to the field of I-O psychology; its history, assumptions, controversies, and career paths. You will learn about faculty research interests, and explore and discuss your own interests. In addition, you will be exposed to strategies for success in graduate school and beyond.
