After reading your usability test memos, I discovered that Wiggio received the most votes ( 5 out of 6) as a good virtual classroom site. Wikispace, PBWorks, and Facebook received mixed reviews (50-50 scores). Some people who recommended against the software they reviewed did recommend Facebook as an alternative, even though they did not test the Facebook manual. XING was definitely not recommended--only one person thought it might be good as a virtual classroom (vs. 7 against using it). I will share these usability testing results with other instructors in the English department. Thanks for your contribution to this study.
