News to use
|
6th graders have a new packet for this week. It is due on Friday 27th. This week we will use a protractor to measure angles. We have learned to name different size angles, now we are going to measure and create our own. In the next couple of weeks, we will be heading into measurement (customary and metric), then formulas and circles. In resource math we will be practicing using protractors, as well as divide by one digit. We will also apply the division practice to convert improper fractions to mixed numbers. In Resource ELA we will learn about "to be" and "to have" as verbs. We have been finding the main subject and verb of a sentence. We will continue this with to be and to have verbs. We will also be working on decoding words to read better and fluency to read faster.
