I spent the first third of my career as a community college counselor and advisor and the second third of my career as an online learning course and web designer, instructor, student support person and distance learning administrator.  During the last third of my career, as I continue my work in online course design, web development, instruction, and student support, I hope to collaborate with others to improve online instruction and student support.  Epsilen will be the center from which I launch some of those efforts.
